Hey Leaders!
We're over half way through the fall group season! We continue to hear great things.
Here are some reminders:
Follow Up - At this point in the season you've probably got a few people that have dropped off along the way. That's normal. Be sure to make the phone calls, send the letters, or shoot out the emails to let them know they are missed and encourage the to finish out the season
Serve - Serving is part of our group DNA. Be sure to find a project that your group can do together. Here are a few of options:
1. Thanksgiving Baskets - Help the community care ministry prepare and deliver baskets for families (Contact Jim Schnorrenberg)
2. Rake some Leaves
3. Adopt a family for Thanksgiving
4. Adopt a family for Christmas
Study - Beginning this Sunday, Oct. 31st, Charlie will preaching through a series called "How To Be Rich". It's going to be a great study based on 1 Timothy 6:17-19. I think it will be a great study for our groups. So if you're looking for something I highly recommend it. Study guides are available on the website by Fridays and will be in the bulletins Sunday.Leaders - If you have someone in your group you would recommend as a leader, let me know.
